Wolves Finish 10th at Chicago (Marist) Sectional
The Girls Cross Country Team concluded its season at the Marist Sectional with a 10th place finish. Andrea Holm completed her season with a time of 18:40 and 29th place finish. Holm was followed by Michelle Borycki in 18:59 and Rose Amodea in 19:12. Mollie Karasch came in next in 19:32, followed by Abby Cain in 19:40. Hayley Zweig (19:58) and Mari McDowell (20:46) rounded out the top 7 for the Wolves.
The top 5 teams advance from the Sectional to the State Meet. This concludes the 2012 season for the Wolves. Congratulations to all team members for a great season and a job well done! We look forward to what 2013 will bring!

Wolves Place 3rd at Lockport Regional!
The Girls Cross Country Team placed 3rd at the Lockport Regional to advance to the IHSA Sectional on Saturday. The Wolves were led by seniors Hayley Zweig
(9) and Andrea Holm (13). Freshman Abby Cain (24), sophomore Rose Amodea (28), junior Michelle Borycki (32), and junior Mollie Karasch (33) followed closely behind. The Wolves took 3rd behind Lockport and Neuqua Valley.
The Sectional race will be held at Midlothian Meadows at 11:00 am on Saturday, October 27. Great job and good luck next week!

Wolves Place Third at SPC Conference
Congratulations to Hayley Zweig, who placed 10th to earn All-Conference accolades at the 2012 SPC Conference Meet! The Wolves posted a 3rd place finish, behind 1st place Minooka and 2nd place Oswego. Scoring for Oswego East were Zweig (10), Andrea Holm (15), Michelle Borycki (17), Abby Cain (20), and Rose Amodea (21). Mollie Karasch (25) and Hannah Baur (31) rounded out the top 7. In the fresh/soph race, Natalie O'Hora brought home 10th place, while the team placed fifth. In the open division, the Wolves took 2nd, led by Mari McDowell (9), Yesenia Felix (10), Colleen Hill (11), Izenet Renteria (12), and Reghan Quick (20). Great job Wolves!!!
